Medeiros Farm is a 22-acre parcel purchased by the Town 2 years ago for active recreational uses with soccer fields for the Swansea-Somerset Youth Soccer League as the focal point of the site.  On February 28, 2023, the Medeiros Farm Site Plan BETA presentation was presented at the Board of Selectmen's meeting.
