Please Note: Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 66 Section 10 allows 10 days to respond to record requests.  All report requests will be evaluated related to requester's eligibilty to receive the requested record per exemptions to the Public Records Laws.  There are no fee's for standard record requests however a reasonable fee to recover the costs of complying with a public records request outside of routine records.  Please see A Guide to the Massachusetts Public Records Law for more information.
