21 days: Site plans
30 days: Special permits; OSRD (Open Space Residential Design); Hammerhead applications and Subdivision applications
When are the Planning Board meetings held? The first and third Monday of the month
What is the location and time of the Planning Board Meetings? Police Headquarters, 1700 GAR Hwy at 6:30 pm
Minimum Lot Requirements
Frontage: Shall be 150 feet or more but not less than 150 ft
Minimum Lot Size (MLS): 30,000 sq ft/60,000 ft for the American Aquifer District
If the frontage and MLS requirements are not met, the applicant must submit an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals found at the Town Clerk's office.
