SWANSEA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

We are beginning to update the Comprehensive Plan (aka the Master Plan), which was last updated in 2003.  The Plan serves as a roadmap for the next 10 years for topics such as Economic Development, Transportation, Housing, Land Use, Natural and Cultural Resources, Open Space, Town Facilities and Sustainability.  Goals will be set within this document as well as implementation items related to those goals.  Please click here for more information about the Plan.
And check out our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SwanseaComprehensivePlan
And finally, we have a project website setup where more detailed information about past plans and existing conditions are outlined.  We encourage you to explore and become involved!
