C     Definitive Plans:  $1,200 + $150 per lot with preliminary

D    Special Permit:  $460 
E     Site Plan Review:
                               1. Change of Use - No building expansion:  $230
                               2. Sites up to 20,000 square feet $460
                               3. Sites from 20,001 square feet to 3 acres:  $930
                               4. Sites from 3 acres to 5 acres:  $2,000 + $650 for each additional acre over 5 acres
