Public Records Request
Please complete the Public Records request form and submit it to the Town Clerk's Office.  Public records request can be made in person, by first-class mail,email or faxed.  All requests are encouraged to be received in writing.  Public Records request will be responded to within 10 business days of receipt; if additional time is necessary, you will be contacted.  If fees are to be assessed, you will be notified in writing.
